As an Army Vet with PTSD, I have been receiving therapies through the VA and Community Care services for the last 13 years searching for healing, a nonlinear process. I daily self-medicated with drugs and alcohol for nearly 2 decades. I’ve tried Neurofeedback, EMDR, CBT, CPT, Yoga, Meditation, PET, Groups, Psychedelics, Written Exposure, and studied Neuropsychology. I practice and teach 20+ Bodywork Modalities. Everything has helped some, all together I have made great strides in my life and recovery.
In January 2023, I found Breath Masters and after my first Journey I knew that a better quality of life was possible. My body moved without my mind like an animal processing trauma. I experienced without judgment, laughed, cried, screamed, and unwound! In one hour, I felt myself make real progress through blocks and beliefs I have struggled with for 17+ years.
The journey takes you into the body, to the source where we hold all the guilt, shame, self-hatred, fear, all of it. It allowed me to make massive shifts in my life and the daily practice of conscious breathing has entirely replaced daily Marijuana use. I now live a totally sober life, overriding the autopilot default and I choose my own actions. I am honored to combine my wisdom, knowledge, and experience to share this life changing medicine with my fellow Vets, their families, and the world.

Veterans on these journeys say their world is changed, they report feeling positive emotions and memories they believed were lost to them.
I utilize a unique “After Action Review” following the breathwork journey. During this time clients allow themselves to drop the defenses, process, and integrate whatever comes up in a supportive group setting. The best report is that they feel like their minds no longer hate them, they get deep restful sleep, reconnect with loved ones, and start to experience life again.
Sensitive child, difficult student, learning disabled, defiant, so I repeated kindergarten and was placed in remedial programs to correct my “defects”. My brother Adam joked “they just want to make sure you can break the graham crackers on the line”.
I was eventually diagnosed with ADHD and briefly medicated until I attempted an exit strategy.
Having an ADHD brain is literally a different neural physiology and function than a neuro-typical brain. Quite simply, my brain works differently and, therefore, I perceive the world in a way most don’t understand. I often derive deeper meaning from words and actions. I’m told I can be too literal, but this is the lens through which I see the world and my superpower is being able to see connections which are often missed.
Waiting to be saved and being victims is not an option. Most have tried 5 to 50 interventions and treatments said to be “The Solution''. One size does not fit all. What we need is education, tools, and daily practices.
I am uniquely positioned to teach you how BioPsychoSocial stimuli combine to create every aspect of our perceived reality (especially trauma and pain) and healing requires addressing Mind, Body, and Spirit. This life’s experiences have taught me to parlay between science and spirituality, transforming me into a kind of Trauma Archeologist.
When treatment is ineffective, it’s likely addressing a piece of a person instead of looking at the whole. Life teaches the same lessons in multiple languages, constantly supporting us, but you can't see it when looking for the world to be against you.
“Goonies never say die!”
Luckily, I do not know how to accept defeat. I have synthesized all I’ve learned from decades of searching for truth, falling down again and again and healing. If nothing is wrong or difficult, there would be no reason to grow. I've learned you can’t outrun or avoid your problems. The only way through the storm is to face it head on and touch the heart of your pain. Though my war is not over, I continue to win battles and keep pushing forward. Familiar ruts run deep and climbing out of ingrained neural pathways can feel like an impossible feat. Believe me, I still struggle with old patterns and think the world is better off without me, but that’s just familiar bullshit and it’s a lie.
The truth is trauma doesn't ever just go away and there is no magic fix. However, you CAN work your way through trauma, IF you take action and consistently make the choice to show up for yourself with education and daily practices to build up your defenses. With commitment to health and recovery, you can learn how to: inspect the triggers, use tools to separate from them and thank them for keeping you safe so you can Love to Live Life! Yes, I did say thank them, your brain does not hate you. It's an anticipation machine, looking for similarities and warning you not to get hurt again.
Now, if you are ready to take the journey, I will teach YOU to navigate Post-Traumatic Growth and Recovery.
Change a mindset and heal the world.
The reason we are both on this page is the story, the intersection of mine and yours.
I have thrived in the face of child abuse, sexual abuse, ADHD, attempted suicide, combat related PTSD, homelessness to high society, addiction, and rehabilitation of severe debilitating injuries.
I have been groomed by my life experiences to show up here and now. I am ready to hold space for all walks of life as an empathic witness to such a vast array of life's human experiences.
I teach you to become aware of the choices you have to respond to and overcome life's adversities through awareness of the physical experience of emotions in your body. I guide you to use simple tools such as your breath to move past your trauma and stress.
I feel like the universe pulled me into this moment and there is no possibility of failure in this call to serve the world.
